Richard...any guestimate of cost? I was promoting your creation at Willow this weekend. Also, how much further from Rosamond is the site?

Mojave Airport is about 15 miles from Rosamond.

Anyone planning staying overn night? Nothing in Mojave, or Rosamond, probably Palmdale would be the closest with reasonable facilities.

Just to make this really clear, this is NOT my creation. This is NOT a GT School event (Although I kind of wish it was....).

This event is being put on by a friend of mine and fellow Open Road Racer, Mike Borders who has MKM Racing along with his wife Marsha and partner Keith. They will also be running the Bonneville 100 Open Road Race next June 24-26, 2010 on Highway 93A south of West Wendover, Nevada. This is another wonderful event on a great road. A total of 100 miles at very fun speeds (I'll be running the top class trying to average 175 MPH for the total distance).

All I have been doing is trying to do on the Forum is stir up some interest so that we can have a good showing of Ford GTs at the event.

I'm working on bringing along a couple of friends with GTs that do not participate on the Forum (their loss I continue to tell them!)
