Me 210.3 Whipple 3.90's
My LITTLE brother (Raptor Guy) 211 something...Whipple, stock gears.

That is great and congrats. :thumbsup:thumbsup I will have your brother's exact top run soon, as well as all of the runs posted by all the cars for the day.

It took a bit longer than expected because of the multiple drivers in a lot of cars, particularly the Ferrari group that had 3 drivers for 3 different cars.

Should have a big pics/vid/results thread up by Sunday. :cheers

Hope your Garmin is more accurate than mine :wink (just so there is no misunderstanding, I am NOT claiming this as a legitimate top speed, but it is an unretouched photo) Was trying to check speedo accuracy at the upper end of range, and the Garmin appeared to be a bit "optimistic" shall we say. I am told it is an older design that is not accurate at high speeds (um, yes).

not sure about yours but mine tracks 11 satellites :thumbsup

We now have a new member of the 200 mph club “ME”!!! :biggrin
I am just returning back from the Mojave Mile with my top speed of 213.5 MPH (3.90 gears). My dad and I had the time of our lives attending this event and I will never forget the time we were able to spend together. Unfortunately my dad (age 69) didn't make the 200 MPH club as his best time was 199.7 MPH :ack but nonetheless he went well over his expectations for driving the car at speed for the first time.
Here are a few pictures of our time at the mile.

BIG congrats to John and his Dad. Always great to see drivers hit a milestone like 200mph!!! :banana

That yellow car is very impressive in person :thumbsup:thumbsup, but as great as the car was father and son were better. All the best from Summer and I and we hope to see you at an event in the future. :cheers

Way to go dude. Sorry we have to go across the continent for these attempts but the scenery looks cool for high speed action.

That thing must have been a yellow blur.
