Last year a number of our Midwest owners pooled our transportation interests to get favorable shipping costs out to California. As interest grew, Dave origanized a truckload from Detroit along with members from New England and our Southern states. I spearheaded transportation quotes from four or five large auto transportation companies and we selected our carrier.

I am willing to again revisit bids for round trip transportation services out to Las Vegas for this years rally. If you are interested in getting a quote, I just need your pickup zip code. I will publish the list in this post and probably solicit this information for 3-4 weeks before I have the companies quote the transportation charges.

So if you are interested, post up in this thread your zip code to be included on the bid list.:thumbsup

Hey Bill I'm interested from 30215. I used Passport twice since then to get my Vette shipped in and out when I sold my Prowler. Both were on time and no problems.

I do not understand your question.???

If you give me YOUR zip code I will request a transportation bid for you. We have New England owners intersted in a quote so I believe Buffalo/Niagara Falls New York is certainly dooable. I am not sure yet about Canada. But if no one ASKS for a transportation quote from Canada, none will be investigated. Or perhaps one carrier does not offer service from Canada but another does.

Also of note. If you happen to live in a zip code to be quoted, only the owner asking for the quote will be informed. Transportation quotes enjoy economies of scale so the more cars shipped (especially from one location like Dave's request for 6 cars from Detroit) enjoy the most favorable shipping quotes. So if you live in the same zip code as listed, I still need to have you list your interest to get the proper car count.

Indy my postal code (in Canada it's not zip) is L7L 5R2. But it 's possible to drive the car to Buffalo /Niagara Falls New York if I have to. The zip code is 14305.
 
Roketman, Specracer, william.a.nelson, Nafod are all NY/NJ/Mass.
