WOW!. I still can't believe it. I don't know how or why I deserve this good fortune but I think I will go to church Sunday lol. Thanks to y"all (you guys for you Yankees) for everything, especially Mark McGowan, 427 Aggie (Matt), It'sOnlyMoney (David) and all of the Ford guys. This is really a life-high for me as I live and breath cars. I am very fortunate to be in a business where I love what I do. When I was six years old my dad would tell his friends that I could tell the make and year of a car driving down the road. He said one day an old Hudson (telling my age) came by and I hesitated but nailed it right on. I still notice the minute differences in year models, but some now are carbon copies from year to year. Makes me mad when a movie uses another car for a scene and it is the wrong year or a different model (like a base Firebird for a TransAm or a 67 for a 68 Camaro). You'd think they could get it better, but perhaps I'm one of few that cares or notices. Come to Rally IV in Texas and get a chicken-fried steak. I will personally make sure it will be memorable. Lots of great scenery here including blondes, brunettes and redheads. A few cars and tracks too. How about a real rally through the Hill Country with checkpoints and secret, decodable, turn by trun instructions perhaps ending up at Doublecreek Ranch for drinks and some REAl Texas food. I'm thinking perhaps a bit of navigator or passenger skill as well as the driver. Makes it more interesting. Lots of ideas flowing through my head.
