Fred was like an older brother to me for 25 years we raced we traveled and celebrated our family events together. Fred was a big car builder/collector and had more fun working on them than driving them. And yes he has a GT silver no stripe in the wrapper still. I did get him to drive it into town to gas her up last fall. His 35 Ford was his favorite, his buddy Jack Roush gave him a serious motor for it and Fred made himself darn near every part on it. I would venture to say it is one of the nicest ones on the planet. (My favorite was the 35 with the flat head and Arden head motor in it) He had some 40+ Rare Fords as well.

Fred still ran his small Ford Dealership in Richmond Michigan. Even though he called it his toy shop.

Really going to miss him a bunch

Just was feeling down and thought I would share with my GT bud's

Just remember the best my friend.........and ENJOY EVERY DAY!!!! GTJOEY 1314/THE REST:thumbsup

All of us on this Forum have recently been shown just how fragile life really is. Enjoy every day with your friends and family and remember they can be gone tomorrow. Here in Texas We are HUGGERS, some may think it's silly or not cool for men to hug. I want my friends and family to know I love and care for them. We need more caring in this world. I'm certainly very sorry for your loss. I hurt for you. Tomy Hamon

Car buddy's are few and far between. Like GTJoey shared, remember the best..........so I appears you have a lot of smiles coming.:thumbsup

Sorry for your loss.

When we lose someone close, the reality of life sets in. Wishing his family and you, our condolences for his loss. I'm sure he will be missed.

A loss makes us stronger, in the belief, that we should cherish our families and friends much more, and for always.

Enjoy life in his honor.

Sorry to hear that Tom.

'Recently went thru this myself, Tom. 'Not really anything but the passage of time will dull the sting.

It's safe to say everyone here feels for you.

My sincere condolences on your loss.
