I think engineers have aberrant Golgi bodies, especially in their Purkinje cells.

Wow, is a flatlander from IL calling out somebody from Wisconsin on the topic of drinking?! Hahahaha Must be trolling for bar buddies at the Rally! Suppose next we'll hear about bears vs packers or a minature Ditka driving the team bus at the Indy500 and winning! Sorry the biology or something terms are lost on me.

Sure, how many Shirley Temples engineers can drink. I'll bring (or buy some boots) so the engineers don't feel out of place (i.e. IndyGT, Ralphie, MAD in NC, etc).
 
Ah, Shirley, sounds like the JD and Seagrams will be rollin...and the boots will be needed because it appears the bull may get a bit deep. Glad we aren't doctors so we can't remotely calculate the damage to our livers! :biggrin

Dave - did I miss getting the usual forms we fill out for the Rally for shirts, car details etc.??

Did I miss, or have you posted a rally agenda. The JoyRide agenda is still listed as "tentative" and as we are now 28 days out, any updates?

Might be good for people to start thinking about what, when and where.

Does anyone know what brand / octane race fuel we will have access to in NOLA ?
 
I think the brand was Shell, but the highest they have is 110.
 
You don't happen to know if that's the 110 unleaded ?

I just found out that I will not be able to attend this years rally. I'm really bummed out about it but that's the way it goes sometimes. Y'all have fun!

It is around a one mile walk (crawl?) from our hotel the Hyatt Regency to Jackson Square in the French Quarter. We are next to the Mercedes Benz Stadium.

I may drive to Mobile on Monday if anyone is around & wants to go also. It's a neat place. Heidi can try out the shops. 300 mile round trip. Tuesday I'm headed to North LA to visit kinfolk. Lots of chawin, whittlin & shootin goin up the there as always. Anyone ever shoot a squirrel from a movin GT before? I'll let you know how it goes.
