GT

Looks like the old white/orange car repainted.

BTW we have fixed way worse. At least all the wheels are still in the right spot.

did they put the owner in Jail?

I am sure Andy in Lukfin will pick this up; anything under $50K is gravy.

Though the supercharger is gone.

Hopefully it will be taken back to bone stock; and lose those terrible wheels/paint.

I'll bet you have. As the wheels are in the right spot, might be a good track car, or alternatively, a cheap (relatively speaking) source of parts.

when i 1st saw it, I was wondering if it was the orange one.

Yes, sorry. Not sure what that black plastic thing sitting on top of it is.

Was a bit hung over...

Looks like it is driveableas-is. No cowl damage that I can see nor any airbag deployment. Appears that 2 doors and a rt fender replacement are the only parts needed. Everything else appears repairable. That car has always needed TLC if it is the "orange whip car. Would be a great rental car. Damage wouldn't be a big deal from now on. Great daily driver too if painted back stock and get rid of those white lights and rear grilles. I bet it brings a lot more than currently offered.

yes its the orange one, this car will require a lot of tlc. its in pretty bad shape on all fronts.

Last time we saw this one the orange stripes were changed but those "awesome" front fenders were still white.

Interesting :eek idea for changing the fender colors. :wink

Another 2k mile blk GT just got listed. No front...eeeks...

'Flux capacitor?

That poor car has had a Rodney Dangerfield sorta life from the get-go. "No respect. No respect at all." :frown

Yeah, someone needs to give her a good home, kinda like a rescued pet. :wink

I didn't see the final bid but apparently it did not sell and is relisted for 5-19. Curious how much they turned down.

Knowing the history of the car, I'd bury it.:ack

Fixer upper in Texas ? It says it is in Seattle Washington ! And excuse my ignorance but what "orange" car is everyone talking about ?

The Washington car is closer to Empty Pockets in Bellingham. I wonder if it is the car that was wrecked in a Saturday morning cars and Coffee meet. I heard about it but don't know the details.

I think KMCBOSS may know about it though.

:usa

The Texas ad is one ad away from the Washington car.

Actually, it was white with orange stripes. Evidently was wrecked a couple years back & redone into that configuration. 'Rear mesh area was painted white...ditto the wheels...ditto the origional 'black' inside the headlites, and so on.

It was 'different'.
