Added the Heffner exhaust. very very light. Even way more than the TI.

Thx on the plate. May be hard to see, but there are 2 layers of ppf on the inside lip of the exhaust and below

Roketman, yes sounds way better. Haven't noticed the tranny temp, but will monitor next time I am ought-- May not be until next year now, as its -3 *c here today. But should be warmer next week.
I know what ceramic coated is but not understanding the reasoning behind it. Are the pipes getting too hot and are too close to hydraulic lines somewhere?

I had some of this kicking around from when I used it on the 05 to make a heat barrier for the starter trigger. I wrapped the NGT hydro lines that go to the wing.

The track version has no hydraulics back there ,so no issues on it.The street car as you know has a lot of hydraulics back there.I Heffner wrap mine as I did not want to take any chances.

Just had a good friend, who is a master mechanic of the highest order, help do the first oil change. Of course, that essentially means he did the entire job and I was moral support only (or in other words, stayed out of his way). It took him about 3 hrs, being very cautious and methodical.
Have to say, I was much more confidant of him being very thorough and careful than my servicing dealer, as he is far more accustomed to working on very rare cars.
