I've been, err, tied up the last 6 days and haven't posted the Whipple winner. I've been 95% without the net. Will be available tonight and finally get things rollin. Thanks for the patience.

I hope "tied up" dosen't mean you were in jail. In Nebraska they would have locked me up if i was cought going that speed.

Wow.....I think dealing with that is a little more important than the Whipple winner. Hopefully it all works out for you so that becomes a conversation piece of wall art. I learned from my one in March that lawyers can be your friend with tickets like that. :cheers

I am sure DBK got that during Utah Fastpass. The ticket doesn't go on your driving record and no fines. However insurance carriers will have a different opinion on clients risk factors if they knew.

I know of another forum member that got a real ticket for 194 MPH during holloween night, driving and dressing like Ricky Rudd. Didn't even have a TT, or Whipple. I think the engine was bone stock!

Hope that was at the Fast Pass!

Coincidentally, Ricky is a long time friend and has a GT. His is the reason i bought one.

Good point! Since when did Ford start supplying highway patrol with Crown Vics - fast enough to catch a GT TT?:skep

I guess for us stock whipple guys that would have been a pretty respectable speed, but for a TT guy like yourself I´m thinking that you must have been slowing down to make a turn :biggrin:rofl

I hope all works out well

:cheers
