Ford GT's at Indy 07 - Registration Closed/Official List

Spoke to the restaurant owner last evening to confirm our head count (45) and number of cars driving to the restaurant (19). The arrangements are now set and the dinner closed. Understand the 45 participants who signed up for this dinner event have a financial stake in the dinner as I had to guarantee the number of attendees. Restaurants the weekend before the race are EXTREMELY busy with thousands and thousands of out of town guests. Just a heads up.

Also with this many attending, the bill will be a single check we will divide up at the dinners conclusion. Please bring cash for the settling of our bill. It would not be fair to had them 20-30 charge cards....

We have arranged for an off duty IPD officer to procter the parking as well as having the three valet attendents who will be there also. (I burst the valet attendent's dream and told him I was relative certain he would not get to drive one of our cars....but it will be a picture op).

Will be a great event and a fun time for all. See you guys soon and drive safe!

Bill, Many thanks for making the arrangements. Folks, please, in the event you can't attend please give us notice. Bring cash for each dinner, expect the bills with drinks and tax and tip to be about $125 to $150 per person.
We should have a lot of fun, can't wait.

Bony, has Hog Haulers scheduled a date to pick up your car? Mine is being loaded on the truck Monday afternoon. The truck is scheduled to arrive in Indy on Wednesday, the 23rd and the cars will be available for unloading whenever the owners are available.
Regarding the Saturday night Indy dinner, is it safe to bring my 16 year old daughter? I mean, you're not going to get naked and start dancing on the tables or anything are you? That is a sight she would never recover from. In fact, that's a sight I don't think anyone would recover from!

The West/SW contingent is on it's way to Indy! Hog Haulers loaded my GT into the truck this afternoon. They tucked it away very gently. Mike - MWG - very glad to hear they can accomodate getting your car back to you by June 3. I discussed it with the driver today and he said even if he had to back track, he would make sure you had your car by the 3rd. Bony, thanks for your offer to help Mike out. I fly into Indy late Thursday afternoon, so I'll probably unload my car in the early evening. Bill
