Do we have a minute schedule yet, any planned evening events. If not, some of us will be wanting to organize dinners etc... Please advise. Thank you.

Update / Perfect Timing Bony

Just got off the phone with capt. pat white and dave taylor:thumbsup . Thursday nite we have the same buffet as the rally, starting around 5pm. BOTH PAT AND DAVE WILL BE THERE GIVING US A RUN DOWN OF THE GREAT WEEKEND AND WHAT TO EXPECT. Friday morning we leave 6 am ish from the hotel ,escorted by the motorcycle and state police:thumbsup . CARB Day starts around 10 am and runs till almost sun down, we will be parked next to our seats in turn 1. We will be escorted back to the hotel when we call them . late afternoon ect. HOME FOR DINNER. SAT. we leave around 7 am ish:biggrin meet drivers at drivers intro at our grand stand seats , walk pit and repair area, see museum , there is also huge carnival inside track so , we plan what time we would want to leave by then.:thumbsup NOT TO LATE , WILL BE HOME BY DINNER AGAIN. SUNDAY ALL OUT WE LEAVE 6 AM ON THE DIME IN THE TRACK SAME SPOT DO NOT LEAVE TILL RACE IS OVER! THE MOTOR CYCLE GROUP THAT IS OUR ESCORT , IF YOU HAVE BEEN THERE IS THE GUYS WHO RIDE THERE BIKES STANDING ON THE SEATS:thumbsup DOING TRICKS ECT. REAL, REAL COOL....... SO DINNER WHERE EVER ALL 3 NITES , THE TIMES ARE PRETTY ACURATE. ENJOY GUYS CANT WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GTJOEY 1314:thumbsup

Now that I've gotten e-mails from everyone, I will start sending out tickets to those who requested them mailed today.

Ok, so now that I know we have to fend for ourselves for dinner, I set up accounts for Bannister and Limoncelli at three decent steak houses.
I made reservations for:-
8 at 8pm at the Capitol Grille on Friday --edit have a 12 top at 8pm and a hold on a 10 top at 8:30pm
8 at 8:15pm at Ruth Chris Northside on Saturday** edit--Indy GT is looking into alternatives restaurants and we might change Ruth Chris.
8 at 8pm at Shula's on Sunday--edit Have recvd several PM regarding other dinners that have already been scheduled, and unless there is a major response we might cancel this group... so speak the english, after all this is the USA:wink
Pretty hard to screw up prime beef and a bottle of Screaming Eagle... and it is on Dave and Joey.
Let me know who wants to join me and on what nights. I have room for one passenger in #1153
