Ya I spoke to him the other day he said he needs at least 10 orders to make it work. I hope he gets the opportunity to make these for you guys, cause these caps are badass.:thumbsup

black out

Soroush - Too cool! Your GT is sooo.. black. Luv it.

Ed

PS Remember: You never own a black car. It owns you!

Hey Ed! I haven't seen you post in a while - all good with you? I'm still sporting your sticker!

The caps look really nice and I'll definitely have a set. Another question....

When they've been on a few months and have inevitably set hard within the wheel center - how would you get them off? Is there a 'nick' in them somewhere to put a tool?

A valid concern. Maybe some anti-seize on the threads and using a rubber strap wrench may do the trick, but I cannot tell how much of the cap there is to "bite" on to. If there isn't space for a strap then something on the back side should be machined into the caps to aid removal.

This answer was on post #5:thumbsup

they get screwed in and there is a tool that comes with these that if one wishes with the wheel off you can tighten the centers from behind at to prevent people from taking them off the car.

thank you pe2unia, thats correct and the same tool can be used to remove the caps even if they are on tight, I will post some pics to clear up any confusion once I get the caps back from the painter.
