Wed-April 19
Registration from (9 am to 5 pm). NhRA Museum

Thursday -April 20
Registration at the NHRA Museum from 9Am to 5 PM
Track skill sessions from (11am-5pm)
Meet and Greet at the Sheraton Hotel ( 7pm-9pm)

Friday- April 21
8:30 am Parade Lap-bridge photo session
9AM -5 pm registration at the NHRA Museum
9am-5pm Open track sessions
10 am-3 pm Ladies bus to The South Coast Plaza
10 am- Poker Run
Hosted Cocktail party at the NHRA Museum

Sat-April 22
8:30 Am Parade Lap-bridge photo's
9am-5pm- Open track sessions
10 am-2 pm Ladies bus to the Nixon Presidential Library
3pm-4:30 pm- Cobra exhibit at the Museum, panel discussions, top fuel cacklefest
Tribute to Carroll Shelby Dinner 7pm.

Got my Cobra out and washed it today. Going to use GTJoey's Gliptone after I clay it. 85 degrees here now...but no rain. Please send us rain!

Hey, how did the clay bar work.....its alot of elbow grease but man it looks good........good luck gtjoey1314

I used the claybar and Gliptone carnauba wax over it. I need to do another coat. Yes, that is Turtlewax in my hand. The Gliptone was inside and I was just "touching up".

DUDE.....look at the depth of the paint after the claybar and gliptone, wait another day then add one more coat of the wax....there is nothing that comes close....gtjoey1314
 
There is a block of rooms at the Sheraton for GT owners. Please PM or email if you plan to attend as Lynn is trying to get a head count of GT owners coming. Specific GT track session and display area. WIVES welcome and assured a great time too.

If rain could be 'scanned' and 'forwarded' I could send you a monsoon right now. It's raining cats, dogs, and little chickens up here. In fact, I just finished attaching pontoons to the house 'just in case'. :bored

The NHRA Museum is putting on a 50th Anniversary Major Event at the Los Angeles Fairgrounds this April 20th & 21st. They will have a "special Ford GT section" and are welcoming all GT owners. There will be many original Cobras from the early 60's showcased. Cocktails, poker run,track events, show and banquet. The host hotel is across the street from the event & there will be secure,fenced parking. The Cobra only turns 50 once......this is a once in a lifetime event. Specific Ford GT track & social functions. Lots for the ladies to do that isn't car related. A great time for all.....don't miss it!
