Have patience, Grasshopper. DBK usually announces the hotel info at the same time as the sign-up sheet with instructions on how to register as well as where to send your registration fee. We have plenty of time.

What route and dates are you guys traveling? Maybe I could meet Torrie and you in Crestview to join your caravan if your amenable.

I'll be heading dead west across I10. I don't have an exact time frame for the departure date just yet.

Sounds good. When the dates get closer, let me know your schedule and we can meet in Crestview FL which is on I-10 about 45 minutes east of Pensacola. I've made reservations for 10-13 Oct at the Hyatt with a checkin NET than 3PM so I plan to drive to NO on the 10th and back home on the 14th.
 
I will most likely be driving over on the 10th as well and head back on the 15th

Torrie and Jax,

Are you guys still planning to drive your FGTs to New Orleans via I-10 on 10 Oct? I could meet you at the I-10 intersection in Crestview FL. What time do you guys think you will arrive Crestview? It should be about a 5 hr drive from Jacksonville to Crestview. We could have lunch at Hooters in Crestview which is right at the Hwy 85 exit on the south side of I-10.

I live in Niceville which is about 30-40 minutes south of Crestview on Hwy 85.
 
I know I am following that route although I do not know my time frame yet.

I'm driving down on Thursday directly to the track from Hattiesburg, what time is everyone meeting at NOLA on Thursday?
 
We should be at the track Tuesday around 2:00, set up the RV, get the care unloaded and through on the Hoosiers and be ready for track time on Wednesday. If there is anything going on Tuesday night let us all know the schedule, we will ride the Harley in or give the LA roads a taste of FGT madness. Open for anything.
 
How about a Tuesday drinks and or dinner get together?
