Dave, as usual a class act.
The guys at SVT are very deserving of this historical icon. What a car they built for us! Hopefully it will spark future great Ford products....

I know of at least two collectors who had contacted the Manutactruing VP at Ford and tried to buy this 'car'. I am glad to see that it ended up in good hands.

I'm exceedingly happy this is where the car ended up. It would have been a shame if the company let such a unique piece of its history just slip off to whoever. The guys at SVT deserve it, especially since it basically torpedoed the organization in its prior form. 30 years from now they would have really regretted letting this one go.
