Ray Hofman sets new World Record.

Wow!!!!!!

GREAT JOB GUYSSSSSSS:rofl

Thursday doesn't count but....

Wait, does that mean he ran 271 on thursday? :eek

......yeah, 269.9 on Thursday. So I was wrong, today was 3 (not 4) mph slower than Thursday. You need to put it down in an officially timed event for it to count.

Chip

Brian, here's a shot of one of your runs. Didn't get a chance to say goodbye. Will post more tomorrow. Safe trip home.

The video from the 1 mile mark on Thursday is hilarious. There's a yellow speck in it for about .3 tenth of a second.

A great job by all involved in this record-breaking run! Congrats to "Some-Kinda-Stones" Ray and especially the Heffner Team!
There's a very good reason why these cars are so much in awe, and have been since Le Mans '66!

Did Heffner tune this car or did Sakata?

Great job Ray, Jason and everyone.
