Dave and All.....Sounds like a good plan. I like the timing of Mid/late September. It is after Labor Day, Woodward Cruise etc. I was hoping for a shorter 'pull' this year, but given the opportunity with Shelby etc, my trailer is ready, I have my new F-150 and Margaret, Megan and I are "IN".

Hopefully we can get more East 'siders' and Ford Motor VP's (current and Retired" who own GT's to attend. Dave - I would be willing to work with you on this....

All the other Rally suggestions sounded ok but this is tremendous. Combining a living legend with my favorite town......priceless!

Humm, mid Sept. Vegas, Carrol Shelby, GT owners, it sounds like a winner. How about having the event before Sept 18. Then some owners while in the area may want to attend the Silver State Classic as well. They have a "high noon shootout" one mile acceleration run on Sat. the 20th (like the Texas Mile). I don't know what safety equipment standards have to be met.

I would be awesome to have a large GT group. I bet that would steal the show.

Those are some great roads in and around Pahrump. Also just a short skip to Death Valley, home of flat, straight, great condition sea level Hwys that go on and on!
