Hello Ford GT Forum,

I'm a new member to to forum and this is my first post. I was fortunate to have purchased a 2006 Tungsten GT. In 2005 I had a business close to the Saleen facility in Troy MI. I used to drive by the building and would often see the cars at the front of the building. I have always wanted a FGT so I'm thrilled to finally have one.

I look forward to meeting many of you soon as I will be attending the SAE event in April. Thanks Andy for your hospitality.

Welcome to the forum. Hopefully will get to meet you at Cobo.

Congrats on the car, we love pictures...

Yes, welcome aboard. You'll absolutely love the car.

Welcome Spartan! Congrats on your joining our ranks with a TUNGSTEN GT. You will enjoy the ride!

Look forward to meeting you at the SAE technical meeting.

And pardon our "Specracer". He undoubtedly was thinking about something else while composing his post...

Congrats on the car, Color?

Caught that Bill, and fixed it..... Geez....

Congrats! You will love it.

Very glad to hear you have Jon's car - Just beautiful. He seemed like a great guy during my discussions with him a couple months ago.

What better way for us to enjoy the upcoming spring than with new GTs : )

Do you expect to keep it all stock?

Welcome, Spartan!

Congratulations!

Sounds like it is a well cared for GT, for an incredibly good price- you will love it!

...on Woodward as soon as the salt is washed away and the weather gets warmer. !

I sort of felt bad buying a car from an original owner. It is like taking over someones baby. He took great care of it and is a great guy.

I'm not sure about keeping it 100% stock. I already bought a spare set of Brembo brakes so if I decide to change the original gray calipers I to a different color I have the originals to put back on someday.

High HP is something I already have in my Falcon F7. It has 1,200 HP. link: http://falconf7.com/

Welcome. ^^

Congratulations, and welcome! I am sure many of us would enjoy seeing some photos of your Falcon, and some of your thoughts on it. Very cool!

I am on vacation so I have not taken delivery of my FGT. I will post photos next week. In the mean time here are a few photos of the Falcon F7 ( not Ford Falcon haha)

It is usually stored in the Lingenfelter collection in Wixom MI. See the La Ferrari and the FGT owned by Ken in the background.
