Replaced the steering wheel and all the hardware

Temporarily installed the rebuilt pedal box and fabricated new seat mount brackets

Roll cage and frame are getting some paint touch ups when the roof gets painted , will powdercoat the new seat brackets , just have the seat and pedal box installed so I can get it in the right place for me.

Also drilled out the rivets on the roof and removed several layers of paint and installed new rivets

No the car itself still has to go to the paint shop ,it's easier than removing the roof as it is bonded to the frame

Not a lot to report , the chassis is going to the paint shop early next week to paint the roof and touch up the cage .
I bought a Eastwood buff kit and had a tech at the dealership fab up a stand for the motor , some photos of the headers after polishing , will finish them up tomorrow

What they looked like when I started

Welded up tabs for the springs to hold the collectors on and put a flange on the collector for v-band clamps for the exhaust

Nice work Tim ... Love the fact your restoring most parts rather than replacing .. Going to take it to Pebble beach in August ?
