What does age have to do with it...???
I just left Whipple World Headquarters,... will be trading in my whimpy Whipple for a new more aggresive version..,,, need more horsepower and torque. Yes!

Bony, what are the specs on the new Whipple. I can be the 5L monster, that won fit, will it? Is the new model going to be CARB approved too?

Dave , Change my no motted count to MOTTED. At my new age I've changed my attitude. ( You only live once and I'm doing it in 1st fast gear.)

Now, this is what I'm talking about. Sounds like a great alternative to the TT which I've been hesitant in pulling the trigger on. Will we have to install custom bubble glass? :biggrin

Guess there'll be a bunch of 3.4s coming available.

Not that bad, but it will be taken to the next level, beyond that one will have to go TT.
The build we be documented with pictures and details plus opportunites to Q&A.
 
DAVE, WOW My recently motted Girl is a new GT in the same clothes! H-Pipe, 2.7 pulley and Heffner tune is unbelievable. Instant boost, power, and torque. You had better have it headed straight up the Hwy. Happy Birthday and Merry Christmas to me. My wife will be surprised! Please don't tell her. Tomy PS No wonder I was the last one to the top of the mountain in Newport Beach. I don't think I could handle the Whipple!

The mods so far:

Tuned to 93 gas Dyno Tuned

FRPP Borla exhaust (polished)

Rear camera

FRPP Transaxel cooler

5 point racing belts

Wimple 2.7 pully with Dyno Tune

Electric cut outs with seperate tips to run from cats back straight out or through the Borla

Accufab bolt with safty wires.

Valve covers, oil cap and coolent bottles caps Chromed

Accufab air intake stiffner

V 1 with remote hardwired

Diablo Sports Maxflo

Cats removed, Straight pipe added to the Electric cut outs. Still have the FRPP Bola .New tips added for the straight pipe. ( Don't want to burn the bumper ). I can run either straight out or through the Borla. New Dyno Tune. due to the free flowing exhaust.

And my Favorite....... A remote controled Fart machine for those who stick their heads in the engine compartment at car shows. Yes my car runs on Beans. :rofl

I have to be forgetting several things here :confused

I still have a few things on my list for later. Coming soon, Polished stainless steel ARP Valve cover replacement bolts.
 
I think one of the best attributes of the car is how well it takes to thoughtful and careful customization and personalization.

FWIW, I don't care if it affects resale negatively.

I was reading that and thought… this must be an old thread, then of course the post date confirmed it. You need to add the Dual Vidal Sassoon 989HP Hair Dryers. My list has changed somewhat also. Fortunately, I didn’t kiss and tell back then but now I’m a slut (see every other thread I have started for reference).

Make yourselves happy gentleman, anyway you can.
 
Does a different temp gauge count? LOL Just aftermarket exhaust on my white/blue vin # 1599
