You pose an interesting question.
Speaking from the experience of living in a 3 dimensional world, yet seeing in only 2 dimensions [which is as others such as yourself view television and movies]; as objects appear to get larger I know I am going faster than they are, and of course vice versa.
So if things are bigger in Texas, in fact I must be going faster, not slower.
Hence the Heritage must be the fastest GT available in our small Republic.
Now, being the last time I was in Europe was before the GT was made available to our friends over there, it is entirely possible that the Red with White Stripes are faster there [at least that is what Mrs. Sprit has told me, as well as Neil].
