We're all hypocrites, and I'll gladly claim top prize in the hypocrite race. :willy
Actually, we're all pretty much forced into being hypocrites when it comes to buying cars or anything else. (Name a U.S. MADE T.V. for instance. And, look at the "Made in Tiwan" label on Harley-Davidson accessories.)
But, when it comes to cars, we couldn't buy a 100% American made unit to save our souls. Parts for ANY U.S. car come from all over the globe ...and even the assembly of some "domestic" cars is done outside the U.S. So, there's no avoiding hypocrisy.
(For that matter, we're all hypocrites for buying our U.K. trannied, supercharged & suspensioned, German brake & wheeled, GT's!:lol But, by golly, their CHASSIS is American made ...I think ...if the aluminum is domestic...:confused :shrug )
