FROM DBK.....Trent, I kept yours and Terry's because I didn't want to risk them getting "UPS'ed" and ending up in South America. My faith in international shipping is not high.
DBK Whose tickets have you held back??? I have not received mine as well. Where are they??? Still wondering where the ticket block we have is located as I asked in post #566. Could you respond please (I am not GT Joey.....)

I sent out emails to the addresses I had on file for everyone asking if they wanted sent or held and it appears some never made it. I have your tickets Bill. They are all Tower seats located on the straight before turn 1, but they are mixed throughout the different rows. I did my best to mix them so nobody had an odd man out in a row, but I don't think it will matter, as people will be milling about throughout the day.

Ok, I will pick the tickets up at the hotel from you. Thanks as we are getting down to the short strokes.
You mention they are "tower" tickets.... On the inside of the track are "pit road terrace" and "1st turn terrace" tickets. On the outside of the track are "paddock", Sections "A, B and E" all of which are located going into turn one. There are "Tower Terrace" tickets inside, behind the pits, but I don't think those are what we got. Any better description of where based on above section descriptions? Thanks

Oh no, there must have been a pin hole in the bottle, we owners have noticed that and on our Fortune Brands forum have come up with all sorts of probable causes. Where our seats are, are blocked out, dbk is right you can mill around the section, we are over the pits, great location, can see at least 10 teams at pit time:thumbsup obviously the top 10 all up front. GREAT SEATS, DONT FORGET ALSO ,IF ITS HOT ITS HOT, IF ITS COLD ITS COLD, IF ITS HUMID ITS HUMID, DONT DRESS FOR VANITY FAIR , WE ARE IN THE SUN, KEEP MAKE UP AND COLOGNE AND PERFUME DOWN WEAR SNEAKERS !!AS WE ARE STILL IN THE MIDDLE OF FARM LANDS:biggrin . I've been trying to get a hold of express trailer parking at 317-639-9825 for 3 days now, I get an answering machine and have left messages but they haven't returned my calls. What am I to do with my rig if I don't get in touch with them? And what happened to the parking across from the hotel? Time is getting short.

Saturday Night Dinner
Spoke to the restaurant owner last evening to confirm our head count (45) and number of cars driving to the restaurant (19). The arrangements are now set and the dinner closed. Understand the 45 participants who signed up for this dinner event have a financial stake in the dinner as I had to guarantee the number of attendees. Restaurants the weekend before the race are EXTREMELY busy with thousands and thousands of out of town guests. Just a heads up.
Also with this many attending, the bill will be a single check we will divide up at the dinners conclusion. Please bring cash for the settling of our bill. It would not be fair to had them 20-30 charge cards....
We have arranged for an off duty IPD officer to procter the parking as well as having the three valet attendents who will be there also. (I burst the valet attendent's dream and told him I was relative certain he would not get to drive one of our cars....but it will be a picture op).
Will be a great event and a fun time for all. See you guys soon and drive safe!
