Some of you may remember that my car had a trunk in it at Rally II. But because I'm now a moderator, I'll have to moderate myself with what happened to it. :biggrin

Now 20 months later I can pick up groceries in style, without drawing a crowd!

Congrads and hats off to you. This is a engineering marvel

I think I might have a recurring nightmare of waking up in the trunk of your car...
Great photos.

I have watched this process unfold along with many a chat with Bernard and in the end it is as expected; phenominal.

I am very happy for you and commend Bernard on that which he created

Takes care

That's a lot of junk in your trunk! :lol Nice job Rick. Absolutely gorgeous!!! As an aside, different interior too???

You bet! I couldn't stand the color that was picked before. As a moderator I'll refrain from commenting on that either.....

Congratulations Rick. That car is as good as it gets for a X1...as is your TT...until your next upgrade raises the bar again. Congratulations to Bernard :cheers

Look what you found ---A South Florida Stow-a-way!

When the immigration folks say open up the trunk, you can show them all 1.3 cu. ft. in the front of the car. With a "somewhat" clear conscience you can say the rear has nothing but Motor in it.

Very nice Bernard, Very Nice.

I have a worker down in Mexico can you give him a lift to L.A.?:rofl
Way cool mod :cheers

Thank you for posting more pix Rick! For awhile now I've been wondering where the intake was relocated to. Your photos clearly show where you're pulling air from now.
