This past week I was able to relive that felling of a kid a week before Christmas! The anticipation of, “what’s to come”? Well when you know what is coming it makes the wait even longer!

I am now the proud new owner of a 2006 Ford GT!!

The first night the car was in the garage I found myself making excuses to go to the garage just to stare at this engineered machine of beauty!!

I have been lucky enough to own some pretty cool cars, BUT this takes the cake, HANDS DOWN!!!
I am looking forward to MANY happy miles ahead!

A special thanks to member “Craig” for answering my many questions!!

Congratulations and welcome to the Forum! :thumbsup

Color? Modifications?

Congrats and welcome.

Congrats and Welcome!!

Set up a wet bar in the garage :banana

Any plans for the car?

:thumbsup:thumbsup Congrats and enjoy!!!

Welcome Aboard ! :thumbsup

Tell us more!!! Color? Options? Mods? Where did ya get it? We like the "whole story" here. :)
Congrats and welcome!!!

Welcome to the "Fold"! Hope to meet you in person soon!

Got to change you from "spectator" to "owner", looks like you may have gotten the fastest color (white w/blue stripe), I know the feeling well of becoming a new owner, I'm looking forward to getting back that loving feeling as it's now tucked away for the winter, all covered up and with a foot of snow due over the next couple of days, I might not even go over and lift the cover to steal a "peak"!!! Enjoy ownership, don't just look, DRIVE IT!!!

Congratulations! We all know that first day feeling.... and spending all the time in the garage STARING at the work of art! Welcome aboard. When the mod bug strikes, we're right around the corner from you!

Congratulations and welcome. We all know what it's like to spend many evenings in the garage just staring at our GTS and dreaming. Enjoy and smile a lot, you deserve it. Tomy

Welcome to the Pack.

Thank you all for the warm welcomes!! My car is a 2006 White with Blue stripes, 3200 miles. The mods are: Accufab oval throttle body and a Ford Racing Exhaust. I also have the factory exhaust and throttle body. I'm sure I will find myself at the track using the car for what it was designed to do, Go Fast!!
If someone can tell he how to change "spectator" to "owner" that would be helpful!!
I hope to meet up with some owners who are around my area!
Thank you again!!
Cheers!

WELCOME! We are pretty close and look forward to meeting you. You are going to LOVE your car!:thumbsup

There are 8 GTs in the Hacienda, Whittier, La Habra, Monterey Park & Pasadena area that I personally know of. If your up to Cars & Coffee let me know and we'll caravan. Make sure you hook up with Kendall for all your GT upgrades/maintenance needs.

DBK will change your status to "GT Owner" when he gets a "round toit" - until then, just know that we all know that you are owners and love your cars as much as we do.
