Gentlemen,

Most members attending Rally 5 will be checking into the hotel on September 28 as events start early on the 29th. Although there are no official Rally functions on the 28th, I will be putting together an opening night dinner at 7pm on September 28th.

Last years opening night dinner at Trulucks was a huge success with over 150 members attending. I don't know where the dinner will be yet, I'll work that out over the next month. But on the night of the 28th, that will be the place to be, and this is the place to sign up.

Try to check in at the hotel by 6pm so you can make the scene by 7:00.

Be there....or be square.

Chip, you may want to re-think this. The hotel gave me a "no" on a room for the 28th. We'll be doing a Rally to the Rally, so let's think about this for a bit.

You got bad information. I just booked my room from the 28th to the 2nd. Our block of rooms is for the nights of the 28th through the night of the 1st (checking out on the 2nd). Just as they were last year, most of us will be staying in the hotel the night before the event starts. There will be a Rally to the Rally but most of us will get there on the 28th.
