Greetings All

Well after a long development phase, I am ready to announce the availability of our carbon fiber AC vents. We are now ready to take orders.

These were a load of work.
It's the first time we've employed a two sided cavity mold to produce carbon parts.

We start with an original set of Ford vents and machine back the surfaces of the vent blades. Over these CNC milled areas, we bond the new carbon parts.
The ring itself is totally replaced. It's a bit of a "Swiss watch" kind of part, to produce.

Installation is a breeze, and would take about 5 minutes to unbox and install. I could train my mom to do the job in about 30 seconds.

Interested parties can PM me for additional details.

The first two sets are spoken for, but I will have more ready to ship by the end of the month.

More new stuff later this week!

Yep, the Double DIN is coming along.
Slower than I would like, but progress nevertheless.
It will be available in the stock silver, as well as carbon.

Cheers
Kip

You got my console and gauge bezel ready yet? The air vents look great!

Very nice Kip.

Tunnel etc.

Thanks Shelby

Tunnel is finished.
The vendor I use for CNC work had a computer failure. It has affected milling the gauge panel. I got word on that yesterday.
I'll get you details tomorrow, Shelby.

Luggage?

Kip:
Is the "Fitted Luggage" concept a dead issue or a possibility in the near futre? Haven"t heard anything from you on the idea in some time.

Greetings Paul

The luggage is definately not dead.
We had a massive project come into the shop in the last quarter of '08.
It was a big disruption for the GT stuff.
We ended up using 1100 yards of carbon fiber on that project.

We are finishing the tooling on the vents that go around the rear window and high mount stop lamp right now. Look for an introduction on that plus the handbrake bezel later this week.

While I have not been posting much on the site lately, we've been crazy busy with orders and tooling new products.

Thanks for the continued interest in the luggage, Paul.
Look for it soon.

Thanks
Kip

No problem, Awsum.

I've got a few people who have chewed through their bits on this one, but we will take care of you.

This has been a pretty involved product to develop. Ton's of pattern work for the carbon and the structure.

Of course, building a carbon body for a Cadillac this week has taken some time too.....

Hi,
Could you send me informations aboutthis one please:eek
