Important information for attendees.
Gentlemen,
At the end of this missive is my most up-to-date list. Please check it as regards your attendance, number in your party, and day/s you will be joining us for dinner. All attendees will need to bring cash to pay for your tab at the end of the evening so please get to an ATM on your way to the dinner. With this number of people it would be impossible to start running multiple credit cards. Paying with cash is not optional, it is mandatory. As we have in the past, the tab for the entire group will be divided by the number of attendees including the tip at the end of the evening with everyone paying an equal amount. Individual cocktails/wine/beer will be added to the dinner tab but if somebody wishes to buy a bottle of champagne or bottles of wine you will need to walk into the bar and pay for that separate. This method of payment of course favors some at the expense of others but it is the best solution for groups of this size and it has worked out well in the past. Separate secure parking will be available both nights for those members driving their GTs. On Wednesday night I am providing an armed security guard who will watch over the GTs from your arrival until your departure from the restaurant. On Thursday night, a staff member of the El Charro Lodge will watch over the GTs. If you arrive early and consume several cocktails prior to 7 p.m., you may not transfer your bar tab to the GT dinner tab. And that just about covers it. Again, if you have any questions you may call me on my cell phone at 602-430-4877. Please write my number down now and keep it with you in case you get lost and need some last minute directions. That is awesome :cheers I'm getting excited for it. Hey Chip, I may be on two wheels for one or both nights, making it a little difficult to hold a map. If that is the case would it be cool if I stopped by your place and followed you out?
We just got here. Our room at Valley Ho has a terrace that will fit 50-60 people. If anyone wants to come by for drinks this evening or have an "after party" after the dinners let me know.
