In the UK a car is considered new when it is registered.
My Heritage was registered brand new in 2007
The US DMV is much more accurate than the UK
In the UK the registered owner on the title doesn't necessarily
Guarantee they are the legal owner. Figure that one out
BTW I lived in Florida in the 80's and had a retail dealer licence.

I have the ADV10.1's on one of my GT's and the same set on my '08 Z06, both in mat black finish. Awesome wheels and I had purchased both from Ben as well.
