good find,, was going to check with the ford dealer techs... curious to know if they get the exact same one ?
 
It may be a while before it actually is published, but what a find once it does. We all need to bookmark that site and keep a sharp lookout.

Ford dealer techs use on-line service manuals. I'm sure the on-line service manuals are the same as the printed manuals. All of the information comes through Helm. Every tech has their own computer terminal in the service stall, especially to check for recalls and to have access to the service manuals and tie into parts availability. Ford charges the dealers for on-line access and you need a coded password to enter the Ford site. The printed service manual is what we will want. Well, at least every dealer that has moved out of the twentieth century. We are lucky that they still print the manuals. Eventually Ford will force all dealers to go on line and that will be the end of printed manuals.

In the description, the "manual" is a CD ROM.

Can't be that far off. The techs have started their training. Soon more customers cars will be delivered so the dealers will need to be prepared
 
Well quick follow up, looks like its available. Ordering it indicates that you are getting a 2019 manual, CD says 2018. Dust off a lap top that still has a CD ROM as doesnt look like that will be a printed version.

the one online that say it is available is a 2019... will that be the same for the 2018 model? Or do we need to wait for the 2018?

I clicked on what was shown as available, 2019. What came is the CD above 2018.

Spent some time looking at it yesterday, makes everything look super simple (which we all know it isnt)

Is the Helm manual still the manual of choice for the NFGT?

Andy, could you please do me a favor and post the pages for the oil change procedure? I don't have the manual yet. Thanks.
 
There are almost changes every week to the cars at Multimatic. I don't know how you could do it unless Helm does updates once or twice a year.

Probably like the 05/06. Where the 06 was more up to date and worked for both
