    Blueprint restoration

Back in the 60's when I was in college I worked part time at a blueprint company. There were 3 processes then for large reproductions, offset printing, Ozalid (using ammonia vapours), and true blueprint processing. Was the background blue and the lines light or the other way around? A true...

Caution for Rally 9 traffic on I15 Utah to Las Vegas

We have a house in Santa Fe, NM and my property allows cisterns. I'm on about 5 acres of land and we are having the cistern installed to allow assistance to our irrigation system. John

    '15 Viper now -$15K off MSRP @ $84,995

I owned an 04 and someone noted that it sounded like a UPS truck. Since I get a lot of UPS packages I get the sound repeated over and over again. Ugh. John

    650 Made it home

The large wine frig is out in the garagemahal. I usually give her a few glasses and announce I'm going to the garage to restock the smaller wine frig. She says; "Oh, I'll go with you to see what I want". Then after going in the garage she says; "Have I seen that before". No, not exactly. :lol John

    Dorris the morris

I have a similar affliction too. My wife refers to it as "SWI" or shopping while intoxicated. My project this year is a 1960 Austin Healey 3000 BN7 two seater. I'll twice much into the restomod than I paid for it. Always like the the Morris Minor. John

so i finally bought a car lift....

Yep, same one I bought twice. I first bought the regular one and once I put my fat arse Ferrari on it I thought I should rethink my decision. I called up Bend Pak and they not only said they would change out my unit with the extra wide, they would pick up the other one for free. I think that is...

    1960 Austin Healey 3000 MK1 BN7

I should mention this is by no means my first British sports car. I've owned a Triumph TR6 and a GT6 among others. A well sorted out Austin should hold together fine. On the other hand I've seen what happens when one is not well sorted out. The GT6 I had showed me how truly lucky I was. Pulling...

    1960 Austin Healey 3000 MK1 BN7

Ok, I've always had a masochistic edge. I've owned numerous British sports cars and have felt the rejection of logic in choosing them. So here I go again and I added the only Brit sports car I haven't owned, a Austin Healey. Pray for me. BTW, I'm concerned about my mental health with this...

Delivery miles Heritage at mecum auction

So the car has been sitting for 7 years untouched, not run, not moved, not touched? I wonder the condition of the fluids? To me this is like leaving a house empty, it doesn't help the condition. John
