Hey Bony,

Charley, Veronica, David and I will be there but it looks like I'm too late posting to make it to your dinners. Put the 4 of us wherever and on whatever nights are available. We would like to participate all 3 nights but it looks like it's pretty full. Let me know.

Sorry, guys , been away for 3 days, college prep, plus grandma in the nursing home. JOEY - Indy's almost come and gone. Why you so quite on LA? People are people. They do deal with New Yorkers over on the other coast...

If anybody wants to come please contact me immediately. I have 4 cancellations and need to fill their rooms. The rooms are at the downtown Indianapolis Marriot, and I have accompanying tickets to the race, carb day, etc.

Please let me know as soon as possible.

Joey - call your friend Jim King at the Marriot. He says they will not refund any missed rooms.

dinner at shula's - important

Greetings,

If you are coming to dinner on Sunday, please read this and reply.

Ok, received a call from the group manager of the Westin where Shula's is located. As expected, I will have to guarantee a head count and be responsible for no shows. This is no problem, I am happy to do it, and did it at SEMA.

The dinner at the Palms for Sema was with tax and tip $130p/p.

Ok, I have to choose from several different menus, all are quite nice.
There is a $70 menu. $85, $100 and $125 menu. All have to have tax and tip added plus alcohol. Translation without knowing Indiana taxes, the $85 menu will be about $110 plus drinks.

I am inclined to select the $85 menu, which offers several choices, but I am ready to go up or down. Anybody want to see to documentation, email me at [email protected].

I need to hear back from the Sunday dinners asap. I will guarantee the party and each of you can pay me by check at the dinner, or mail me the check if you no show. Thanks.
