A buddy recently picked up his Senna and had Bruno do a few laps at COTA. Wicked car but very raw to just drive around.

Thanks!

Just put up an 'Induction' video too, although no doubt I got at least one thing wrong!

Mine is off to start the PPF tomorrow and then I can do some more miles in it.

Thanks for posting intro video. Well done, covered just about everything you need to know about the car. Almost thought you missed the all important cup holders but covered late in the video. Nice to see a place for wallet under front seat, phone in center section and drink holder. All convenience items not included in 05/06 GT. Notice I did not call them "old" GT.

Great enthusiasm and wonderfully creative spec!

What frame rate (or other trick) did you use to keep the LEDs from strobing?

Interesting, Europe exhaust still has the fins (our MY18 built in feb 18 they are gone).

Also the key's buttons are black? European difference from the US (our buttons on the key are silver)? Or?

Don't European spec cars have to have an additional rear, red fog tail light ?

To be honest it's nothing special, just normal 50p; it could be that US devices in 60p just slightly catch it worse than mine does.

It seems odd that they keep back an older exhaust system style for us, I'm surprised by that.

With regards to the key, I have a silver round lock button, but black buttons for unlock and the rear hatch.

To be honest, I did nearly forget the cup holders! The way they are placed means you just don't think about them - and to be honest I'm a bottled drinks person so they rarely get used anyway - vs finding somewhere else to wedge a bottle!

Nice video! I also bought the Schmee150 Hoodie! 43 quid, no problems!

Thank you very much, appreciate that!

I don't have the car with me right now to check, but does the light in the diffuser serve that purpose? It could be one side for reverse and the other for fog - maybe?

We have a lower drive-by noise regulation in Europe so that might explain the difference in the exhaust. We had to make a bunch of changes on the 05 car to get it through.

The European frequency for the key fob will probably be different too so may explain the fob question.

Hi Tim,
As virtually no information is available on the www regarding differences between US and EU version, I would suggest you get in contact with Ford to get the complete list, and include the info in one of your next video's about the NFGT.
What do you think?
Cheers

Exhaust tips being different is purely a matter of timing. Not enough time to sort switching the tips from the US MY17 to MY18 spec, which to be honest is a bonus because the fins on the 17 are better looking even if they get nicked at the edges from movement. European exhaust itself is marginally different for regulatory reasons, and noticeably quieter.

So also Akrapovic US not the same as Akrapovic EU? So far I didn't notice a big difference between standard EU and Akrapovic EU ...

A small guess: maybe it doesn‘t take too long for the akrapovic to burn it’s wool, my audi akrapovic sounds quite a lot louderthese days even in quiet mode.
