My guess would be going from wet to normal to sport would be available on the fly. I think from a safety standpoint you would need to stop the car to lower it to track or vmax ..

Perhaps, but they will all be EPA approved. I was thinking more along the lines of "off road use only."

Uh, does that mean in TM the car is basically scraping the asphalt? Isn't that quite a bit of lowering?

Yes, the car is slammed in track mode. The lower CG is a major benefit for track capability.

Do not recommend on bad or unknown roads.

Anyone with knowledge on the way this system is designed... I have a question.

In the Tesla with the air suspension where you can raise or lower the cars ride height, I have heard many say they go thru tires quickly if kept in the lowered ride height. They said the car is adjusted to ride at the mid height. If kept in the lower ride height the wheels and tires are not at the correct camber. I am guessing this would be true of the NGT as well?

The racecar has very long control arms, which minimizes the alignment change as the suspension travels. I don't think there will be a significant alignment difference when the street car is lowered, however adding camber (when lowering) and driving around corners slowly to the point of never working the tires will increase wear on the inside of the tires to a degree, it just likely won't be nearly as significant as the Tesla with shorter suspension arms.
