Lots of people got Heritage cars for MSRP. I know a number of people who paid less than MSRP.

I found it amusing the Ferrari 360 the lowly Ford GT was designed to beat sold at Mecum today for $57,000. :lol

The reason I asked, the only Heritage cars I saw new were being kept by the selling dealer (Wickstrom here in Barrington for one). Regardless, that price yesterday was incredible. It makes me wonder what the Tungsten car will go for today.

Has any other "mass produced" (4000+ manufactured) car doubled in price less than a decade after first offered? Granted, I realize this is rarer version of an already rare car, but still. I don't see Z8s going for $250Gs.

BTW, Mecum's estimate for the Tungsten (Saturday lot # 152) is $275-300,000. If the car goes north of $300 large, that will quite a statement

It's 3:40 MDT (2:40PDT) and they are only on lot S134 or so, with the GT being lot S152 so they're going to be running late. I'm going to run some errands at 4:00 so will record the rest of the day.
