Poll for the amount of PM's by forum members

Well as I am just about to reach the 1000 post mark :eek I look at the total amount of PM's and I see over 2100 private messages:ack I wanted to start a poll to see how many PM's the rest of our group has :thumbsup

I'm assuming you mean in and out. I used to delete them, but since there doesn't seem to be a limit, I haven't bothered anymore. So I'm about 300 now.

I reach the limit and keep deleting down as I go, I am usually told in bold how many percentage full the box is to remind me... Just a mere 114 in/out right now...

I have to delete them frequently because I set my limit at 1000, so right now it's at 899. I queried all the PM's either to or from me and it's currently at 12,370.

This is an opportune time to note that you can dump all your PM's to a Text file, which is very useful if down the road you are looking for old messages or phone numbers or something you might have lost. I keep all the RTFs of my PM's, open them in a cheesy text editor, then just search for the username or topic or whatever I might be looking for. It's right at the bottom of the page when you view your PM's. Says "Download all Private Messages as:"

I guess that is also why I cannot change my avatar. Hoping to join the club by this summer.

I have been backing up all the messages from Larry that he sends me as they are to "rash" to post....:rofl
