Good things come in threes :banana

No, Sorry, not three :eek

I traded the Blue/White stripe car for the following (see photos)

I really wanted an "evil twin" for #1377 (Quicksilver/Black stripes) :biggrin:biggrin:biggrin
I just picked her up today. Shelby, as usual did a superb job prepping the car and it is beautiful. He even opened shop on Sunday to let me pick it up.

Now for the Honeymoon! :banana

Welcome to the club. How's it treating you? What kind of power did it make? Have you had a chance to beat on it?

Word of warning, driving the other one is going to be anti-climactic now. :lol

Thanks! I just got home with it last night. Honeymoon begins today. :banana I am going to call Jason to get info on it. It's only had about 20 miles on it since the TT install!

That's enough. Time to set for warp. Does that one have the stock exhaust? How do you like that turbo sound?

Weeeeeeeeeeeeeee :willy

That car is BONE STOCK except for the turbo set up. Stock exhaust, suspension, tires, etc. I am sure DPTGT will post an update when he gets a chance to drive it today. Word to the wise DPTGT...... "HOLD ON!" :driving:

DBTGT

You're confusing me with these letters :lol

There is a DBK, DPGT, DBTGT. DBK and DBTGT are the turbo guys. :lol

Dave ... when was the last time you where in my garage? :wink never underestimate the ability of an old bald man to sneak up on you.

I was going to say, don't rule out that possibility either :lol

Well, I just got back from my first substantive drive of the TT.

I really only have one comment.

:eek:eek:eek:eek:eek:eek:eek:eek:eek:eek:eek:eek

I have one question. Is the car tuned to dump fuel to prevent pre-detonation like the SC cars do? If so who is going to be the first sm@rt@ss to put igniters on the exhaust pipes to shoot 10 foot flames?

Ok thats two questions but inquiring minds want to know. :biggrin

With premium gas approaching $5/gallon in CA, that adds a new meaning to burning money! :lol

The stock tune is reputed to be around 10.X:1 A/F. Maybe a batman tune with 8:1 A/F for more flames with igniters. Then you will have a tool to get all of those camera wielding tailgaters to back off.

I told you. And it only gets better. The more seat time you get, the more feel you get for the car. Cant wait till the rally! Not sure what all I will have done to my car by then, but the list is getting long...... :willy

dbtgt - now I know why you are not finishing the 69 stang :rofl

and if I had the same choice right now - I would be right with ya! :cheers

Enjoy

Thanks, Mike - but that is only one of the reasons - just too many irons in the fire!

I'm not sure you need them - they seem to ignite themselves!:lol

Pretty good stuff huh? Little different than the way the other one is.

As for the flames, minus the cats it seems to shoot huge flames pretty good anyways!
