Kendall, Thanks for your comments on this. I will check and see if the 02 sensors are still functioning with Shadowman's tune. I still have the Cats on the car so I know there will be no problem there. Alan.

From what I have heard so far it looks like the Ford racing tune kit will pass a smog test as is in California, but a custom tune like mine will not. It looks like I have to go through and change back to stock every 2 years. Thanks for all of your input on this issue. Alan.

Thanks for the information. Has the main hose clamp problem been the first one coming out of the engine going towards the radiator?

I am curious about owners that have had their hose clamps fail on their cars. Has it been mainly the same clamp that fails? Also, are you just replacing them with a normal hose clamp or something special?
