I seen your avatar after I replied and thought WOW. He was picked for a Heritage. How many miles have you put on it? I see you are on Long Island. My son lives in up town Manhatan and has been in lock down at home staying safe.Ive driven through Long Island to go to Shelter Island and thought it was very nice up there. Staying home is keeping us safe, lucky that i can. 700 miles on my car Full EXPEL top and bottom. The car is an Animal so far 186 miles per hour smooth as Glass. SCCA Licensed driver. Go on Youtube put (Ford gt 205 mph) spaced out like that black dashboard 2005 blue twin turbo 205MPH in 13 seconds.

Hi Rex... I see the import laws have changed for cars now to 12 months of ownership (if you've lived overseas)
When (how old) do they (imported cars) have to be to not have to go through a RHD conversion.

I have Aust as my location listed as I used to spend a few moths there per year, but now I'm only max a month.

I see it has to be 30 years + old for it to stay LHD..... Well if I ever retire in Aust in my mid 60's I'll be ok with the GT as is..

If you have any interest in buying a 2006 Ford GT Heritage, I have a nice one with mileage just under 5000. Not miles enough for any appreciable wear, still on the original tires. I have an ad on the Corvette Forum under other cars, Eddie FourFather Hill. I think mine is the lowest priced undamaged Heritage on the market.
