I think this should go on record. This is the car with the 3.90 gears. ( See post # 1 for details ) The owner will attest that the speedo was not recalibrated and it reads a tad high. :wink If I recall his GPS speed was 203 MPH..... :biggrin And now another Internet Urban myth has been created.....:willy

It should be noted that The GT speedo is off a little. It's off by about 5 mph at 200. i.e. Speedo reads 205 GPS speed = 200 MPH. If I had the time to look at my speedo when I did the 206 MPH as indicated on the GPS the speedo would have been at 211 or 212 MPH.

As some of us know most of the other brands are off as well and typically by a larger margin. My friend has a Lambo G. car. One day we were on a fun run, He borrowed my GPS ,, his speedo showed 150 MPH the GPS read 138 MPH..
