If I’m not mistaken Tom saved the car from being cut up and had it sold to Shelby for a dollar

Yes that car brings back many memories. This was the first prototype we built and was used for chassis development. We installed a 2003 Cobra 4.6L engine because the 5.4L wasn’t ready yet. It took many modifications in order to make that happen. Here are a few pics I found of the build.
