What's up with the rear emblem? I like it! Any idea where it came from or is it part of the photoshop job?

That rear emblem comes from our friends down South - way down under in Australia. It' s a logo use on some Ford product down there. They pop up at Ford swapmeets here stateside sometimes (like Columbus, OH in April, or Carlisle, PA in June).

That gold color really doesn't do anything for me - I wouldn't buy it.

A few years ago, a member here on the forum (AZGT) got a BUNCH of them, and made them available. An OZ Falcon, if I recall.

Pretty dam cool no matter what color GT , Mothers could have chosen a zillion other cars for the advertising but they chose the GT , maybe one of the big wigs at Mothers owns a GT

I think they did it because GTs are still just sooo cool & always will be.
