Watch - The Ford GT MkIV

Is there a physical car that can be seen?

Amazing!
Of course my eyes went straight to the wheel fans :)

Outrageous! Hey! 🤯 I live halfway between two I-75 exits where I could jump on at the N one, shoot the 3-mile straight, off at the S exit, haul ass home and slam the garage door behind me! Wonder how often I could get away with it??

Generation IV GT

I was sorta close with the IV part at least - was wondering why DBK didn't comment on my guess. Haha.

Just when you think, oh well that's it,
end of the line, and then.....BAM!

This car is awesome.
I want one and It would fit me perfectly too.

RIGHT ON FORD!
NUMERO UNO!!

I thought of your GT / RV as soon as I saw those wheel fans!

It's a race car that doesn't fit a class? Does that mean it runs with the, "run what you brung" group? I guess it can't lose, unless there's 2 at the same track.

Definitely didn't see THAT on the tour a week ago--what a car!

Anybody want a well loved, tested, and sorted MK II so I can upgrade? 😂
I had only read to about 3-4 posts above when I told Gina: "I'll bet Ajai wishes he could trade up", then I came down to this post.😀

And even if you had, you wouldn't have been able to tell us! ;)

Hello.

Will this car (or its possible variation) be homologated in an official racing category, or is it only intended for track-days ?

Thank you for the answer.

No homologation

no current plan…

Love the shadow behind the Mark 4 on the last photo. Thanks for sharing Dave. Sign me up.

I'll bet the "frown" in the font splitter isn't because someone bounced the nose over a driveway entrance or speed bump... :D

I also think it could be in a class by itself. A racing class by itself. Forget about the FIA Appendix J rules. With 67 to be produced (and maybe a few more if the demand stays up), it could be in a Ford GT spec-class. Maybe include the MK II's with a time handicap? That would be about a hundred cars altogether.

I'm in total shock. What an incredible car! Literally drooling here. Way to go Multimatic!!

There is obviously a mix up here. A Mark IV should be Mark IV RED!
