There is nothing like Monterey Car Week. There are multiple events everyday for 7 days. Classic cars, exotic cars, all cars. Prices for lodging go through the roof though for that week. Houses are rented a year in advance. If you stay out of the Monterey/Carmel/Pacific Grove area it is more reasonable. I had a GT party a few years ago that week & may do it again next year. I'll start a thread in June 2017.
