Vanity Plate A Week...

Just got approved for "NUDE*GT" for my silver no striper. The TX DMV personal plates people denied it. "NEKKID" which was my 2nd choice...also denied. Bunch of overly PC bureaucrats. Anyway, I appealed and explained nude meant no stripes and they gave in. Told them I was not a male striper and the the wife wasn't a pole dancer. Will post a photo once I get them. AC

H'mmmmmmm. I thought the criteria for :thumbsup:thumbsdow was based on what people READING the plate might think...not what the plate actually is saying according to the car's owner?

At least that's the way 'tis here in 'Taxington'.

Enzo, wouldn't "NERD GT" fit you better?

No denying I was a nerd. I was in the slide rule and math club in high school. My mad number skills did help a lot in Vegas though. Won $7000 playing blackjack. Nice chunk of change to turn over at the charity auction.

What do people think about "F ENZO"?....Fernando Enzo, the famous high wire acrobat? I love that plate....more power to them for getting it past the DMV. My 3rd choice was "HOLY*SH". No way that one was gonna get approved.

You Need To Teach Me How To Play Blackjack :lol

"F ENZO" o-b-v-i-o-u-s-l-y is an abbreviation of "Ferrari Enzo". Any fool can see that!. So, no problemo... :lol

F Enzo

I love the way Ferrari guys grit their teeth and try to produce labored smiles when they see my plate. All in good fun.:rofl

I thought they do that automatically, when they see any Ford GT. :lol

Great plate! Definitely one of the favorites! :thumbsup

And, here's one right out of the history books,....

As a professional driver (Rod Millen) navigates the hilly and winding, three-mile, 15-turn road racing course at Thunderhill Park in Willow, Calif., a voice asks the viewer three questions – timed to the driver’s gear changes:

“In what gear do you…realize that a car is everything it is supposed to be?”

“In what gear do you know nothing can catch you?”

“In what gear, do you know it is the one?”

“Introducing the Ford GT. This is the one.”

The ad ends with the tagline “The pace car for an entire company.”

I hope the attached image makes it okay, it's a scan of a picture, so I don't know what the quality will be like, but the message is still there,... :thumbsup

The Pacecar

JCE-GT - I love it. I would only change the plate frame to read: "The IS the ... For An Entire Company". I don't think the GT has been superceded.
