Updates on your 2005-2006 Ford GT, What have you done lately?

Is it clamshell?

It also looks like those rubber seals need attention. Goldeagle 303.

Is it clamshell?
Top of the drivers door. Debating taking it off rather than have my car sit in all the dust at anyone's shop. Is this difficult?

At least with it not being metal flake paint, blending it will be much better.

Removing a door isn't all that hard. You'll need some of the non-reusable shim/washer.

I'd leave it in place since the paint store can have a better chance of blending the paint to the fixed panels and other door.

Did you finally buy a Lear Jet? You really do want to go faster.

After the Bridgestones, absolutely the best upgrade I have made to my car is the Clamshell lever.

I would like to buy one of those but I guess I am not searching correctly because I cant find info on where to get one. Can you share that info? Thanks....

Damn I normally don’t like red but damn! That is sexy looking. The red with black stripes just works!

Intence, what are your wheel specs (width, diameter and backspace)?

I actually don't know specifics as these came with the car already.

Gotta get those McRibs while they are here. Car meet up.

Installed the Scott Ahlman suspension for the Ford GT.

The difference is welcomed. And what a balance of a beautiful work of art AND incredible dialed-in functionality.

Used heavy duty floor jacks and jack stands to lift up both right and left. Removed wheels for access.

No installation issues, all went as planned. Scott had dialed in the height, rebound and compression, so they were "plug and play" upon arrival.

Took the opportunity to do a deep cleaning on the brake calipers and inner wheel barrels.

Did I mention already, that these are gorgeous pieces of machined art?

I think you need to dry ice your control arms so they won't feel out of place with those Ahlmans directly next door,

Please explain how dry ice cleaning works. Do you need specialized equipment?
