Garys, but the part that threw me off on the GT350 rotors, is the pins vs the traditional nut and bolt attachment method like the FRPP rotors for the GT (or gyrodiscs that I have on my car).

Can the GT350 rotors be separated and serviced? Or they are made as a single non serviceable component?

Yea, I got one...too

I am pretty sure they are 2-piece meaning the rings can be serviced/replaced using the same hat.

Same type design DBA6000 rotors I use on the Boss.

Here are the 350 Rotors one is the rear showing the "drum" that the e brake uses (vs mini caliper like the GT). Unless you can reach down through the cooling fins of the rotor to get to the "pins" I don't see how these are taken apart. This is in difference to a traditional 2 piece floating system like the DBA posted last where the fasteners are accessible (and many other 2 piece floating rotors). So I think I, I need to update my brain that a 2 piece rotor doesn't always mean they come apart.

The two piece rotor with pins allows the rotor to float with heat expansion. Reduced fade. Reduced warp. A bit lighter due to aluminum hat.

These were available from FRPP for GTs. Still occasionally on ebay.

Yes, but FRPP did not offer replacement rotors for the GT, in order for you to reuse the hats!

Andy, I don't believe there is a way to replace only the rotor. I could be mistaken, but I believe the BMW 2 piece rotor of similar design had non-removable rotors as well.

Not removeable, BMW has used this design for 20 years so its proven.

Thats what I had figured that yes 2 piece, but not in the way I have always thought about a "2 piece" hat and removable rotor.

On the 350, still think the e-brake handling is neat.

Yes on BMWs, have them on an M3.

"Black one sure is Pretty."

Very nice combo. More pix pls. Still think the GT350 side stripes would be a nice addition.

Very nice, but where's the detail on the crank damper?

I asked myself the same question as I was reading it. I kept reading and reading until I figured maybe there is a part 2?

I don't like the composite oil pan, but I like very much the work spent on the intake ports. Here is a picture I snapped at Carlisle:

Not your typical production car detail.

I can't locate my Boss 302 cylinder head photos, but those heads get similar CNC milling.
