Thank you Ford GT Forum! Welcoming M007 2021 Daytona Heritage on a sunny day in Southern California.

Nice Randy. The only thing cooler than an all black GT is THAT.

I think you might have intended to say, the only thing equally as cool as a stripe delete black '05-'06. Thank you my GT brother!

Now you gotta grab the #98 hat, #98 polo & #98 jacket on the Ford collections merchandise site.

Kevin Koshkarian and Pat Milliken Ford generously handled my swag needs for the times ahead!

My middle schooler looked at the imagery and angles of the GT from photographs, picked his favorite one and created this digital illustration, secretly working on this project at night, and gifting me with this awesome 1 of 1 mug (even notice his interior mug color selection) and a shirt.

Let me know when a SoCal Ford GT Forum gathering is possible (after paint cure and wrap, of course). There are plenty of us within about a 60-mile radius here. Let’s go suck up all the energy at one (or several) local Cars and Coffees! :ROFLMAO:

Congrats on your faith and tenacity Randy. That’s the real magic here — the car is just the material reflection of it. (y)

Oh, we are going to be all over this! Looking forward to it. Paint is curing. Check. Wrap is scheduled. Check. Steve Coates (Ford Delivery Concierge) made me promise not to drive it until it is wrapped, and I would not want to incur his wrath. Until he actually handed me the key sets, I wasn't certain that I had properly answered all of his car care interrogatories...Haha.

Last time we had that much fun Karl, will be when we were blasting around COTA together in my '06 GT at Rally 11. (Huge literary license used when the term blasting is used for a parade lap).

Thanks again for the in car photo, which makes it look like the Millenium Falcon getting ready for the jump to lightspeed!

Haha. Just waiting for the clear wrap so I can drive it. At least I can take some photos while it's waiting! I still have my 2006 Ford GT, so that should tell you that I intend to keep it. (Or maybe buyers refuse to buy it since it has been autographed by "the Roketman" himself).
That’s funny!
Enjoy the ride! It’s awesome!

Congratulations! Thanks for sharing your experience.

Randy, Congratulations I love your story as it speaks for all our thoughts and feeling we have felt during our journey like yours. You put it in words like I could not have. Beautiful car and well worth the wait. Enjoy and remember your dreams can come true when it comes from the heart. Just stunning.

Thank you. It has been a worthwhile journey, and I am the better for it.

Three days later, and I am still in disbelief and awe. Ever time you put eyes on her, she shines brightly.

The design of our GT's really show these are definitely cars for the ages. Look at the lasting presence and performance of each of the generations in their own right. From my enjoyable three days of admiration, I feel this will be no different.

Randy - Exciting post! Thanks for sharing your enthusiasm and for remembering people like Michael and Sean in the gratitude expressed. They are both amazing representatives of the Ford Consierge team and have made my journey to delivery of a 2022 thrilling. Enjoy every second of every experience - sounds like you are.

Definitely my first experience with an automotive concierge, and yes, makes for a fun and informed adventure. People outside the Ford GT world are intrigued by the existence of such a thing, but it's certainly helpful and appreciated. Wishing you success and enjoyment likewise! Fun times.

Super cool car & no other person I can think of better deserving than you Syco. You were meant not to have a first allocation as this Heritage was planned for you. You just didn't know it till now. I'm glad you came to my GT party!

Mr. Peebles, I recall reading your wonderful background story and lifelong admiration for cars. Looking forward with excitement to your 2022 Heritage! I know you will enjoy every bit of the experience. The GT community and Ford Concierges / Delivery Specialists, along with Kevin Koshkarian made it all quite memorable.

Beautiful car Randy and the good thing is I know you will drive it. Take it out for a couple track days so you can get the full experience and track days are way cheaper than 150 MPH speeding tickets 😁.
