Alright the details are as follows;

The armrests are $95.00 a pair plus $16.80 shipping; where the rate shipping came from I can only speculate and yet as a package they are fairly priced for a nice personal touch aka boutique item. They will arrive complete with an alchohol pad to be used to remove any existing oil/dirt on the door panel surface before putting them in place.

Most have come to know that I bounce in and out of the Forum well into the wee hours as I tend to the gals within my facility as such this is always a great time to find the latest and greatest.

Bill, notwithstanding Shelby's comments about pads being for girls (I'm sure by "girls" he meant "gals" which is a euphemism for our GT's, right :lol, I'm wondering if there is any possibility of modifying these armrests to incorporate some storage?

I'm sure that you and Andrew canvassed this, but man, I just gotta know!!

They sure do look good, but I just can't believe that the combined braintrust of you and Andrew haven't sorted this storage boondoggle out! :wink :lol Thanks in advance. :thumbsup

The armrests have just been completed and are ready to ship.

The idea of integrating a storage compartment was considered and evaluated however it simply was not feasible at this time.

Now as for colors; black …. black …… or black

I just received and installed mine. Perfect design and fit. My left elbow is very happy. Thank you again Shadowman for a perfect solution to an obvious design oversight.

Andrew IMO did a great job of bringing the idea to reality; I enjoy being able to be a part of the process and am very glad that they are being well received.

It is certainly a simple idea and yet a wonderful touch that make the time within the gals even more enjoyable.

When an item such as this is created I too say; darn I wonder why Ford did not include it from the onset and then I quickly stop and say 'thank you Ford" for creating these gals and in doing so accept the fact that there was a tight budget and a specific timeline within they needed to remain so as to insure that they were created.

THESE ARE A NO BRAINER - $95 ??? I'm sure that this doesn't even cover the R&D.

I don't know how Bill and Andrew do it.
