I just registered my wife and I for SEMA, and will be there from Wednesday through Friday. I talked my friend, Merv Dunn, who is CEO of Commercial Vehicle Group (Owners of Mayflower Vehicle Systems) into coming too. He just bought his own red/white striped GT. He said after building 4, 038 of them, he had to have one of his own. Is there any chance we can hook up with you guys! You guys are the reason we want to come out for the show! Can't wait to see everyone! :banana

Chris, I'm looking forward to seeing everyone again. I hope we can make it, we are registered at SEMA, have rooms, etc., but my Father-in-law is terminally ill, and not doing well at all, so that issue is the only caveat. However, I don't believe in putting our lives on hold, its all in the hands of a higher power, not me! Hope to see you in a few weeks!

An Idea for SEMA Get-together
Since Bony set-up the Thusday night dinner at Palm Steak house, it appears that there has been an overwhelming response. I thought that it might be a good idea to set up a luncheon for the Forum Members on Wednesday, November 1. I will start a new thread for this idea. I would like to know how many people are interested so we can get a count and plan and whether anyone has any good ideas for securing a room/table, etc. I would be happy to set it up, but before I do, welcome any ideas. I would like to pick a convenient location to the show that is central. I would like to nail down a place and head-count in about a week or ten days. :banana

I am new to the site and just got my GT last week. I will be in Vegas Nov 1st thru 4th. I would like to come to the Palms for dinner. Let me know if there is room and if I need to send money in ahead of time. I too am flying in, no GT but I would love to meet you guys. All of you have been very informative and friendly. I visit the boss302 site frequently; they also are informative and generally friendly but some people on that site are a little too angry. I don't know if mama didn't love them enough or if daddy loved them a little too much. . . Anyway, I hope there is room if the offer still stands.

Secure parking for SEMA
Anyone really needing safe secure parking for their GT while in Vegas can park in our building at Turnberry Place, across the street from the convention center. I would need to know a few days ahead of time... Gordy Wolf, 05GT-BLK. :cheers
